While the origin of the fire is under investigation, the fire started in the garage and created heavy smoke throughout the structure. No one was injured during the fire, and due to offensive fire suppression, the fire was put out and contained in the garage. The rest of the house sustained only minor damages. VCFD would like to thank fire departments from Brunswick City, Brunswick Hills, Erhart, the Medina Life Support Team, and the Medina County Fire Investigation Taskforce for their assistance at this fire.
